Annwyl Rieni

Dros y ddwy flynedd ddiwethaf rydym wedi bod yn gweithio’n galed i sicrhau dyfodol Tŷ’r Cymry. Mae hyn yn cynnwys ein clwb cinio, gwasanaeth cludo plant i Ysgol Mynydd Bychan, ac yn fwy diweddar, y clwb brecwast, sesiwn trwy’r dydd a chlwb te. Nid ydym yn derbyn unrhyw gymorthdal, felly mae’n angenrheidiol fod y gwasanaethau hyn yn talu ein costau e.e cyflog staff a rhent. Ar hyn o bryd, mae’r sesiwn prynhawn yn dawel ac er mwyn parhau gyda’r gwasanaethau rhaid i ni gael oleiaf pump o blant yn mynychu’r sesiwn ‘Cylch’ ac oleiaf tri o blant yn y clwb te. Gobeithiwn na fydd hyn yn achosi anhawsterau i chi, ac os hoffech drafod ymhellach croeso i chi gysylltu â ni am sgwrs.

DILLAD:

Rydym ym mynd allan i chwarae beth bynnag bo’r tywydd, felly gan bod y tywydd wedi troi’n oer (a gwlyb, wrth gwrs!), wnewch chi sicrhau bod eich plant â dillad priodol ar gyfer y tywydd. Diolch yn fawr.

SALWCH:

Rydym eisiau sicrhau bod plant y cylch a’r staff yn cadw’n iach. Os yw eich plenty yn colli sesiwn oherwydd salwch rydym yn hapus i gynnig sesiwn yn ei le. Dioch am eich cydweithrediad.

Dear Parents

Over the past two years we have implemented several changes at Tŷ’r Cymry which we hope will ensure the future of the provision. These changes includes the introduction of the lunch club and the wrap-around service, and more recently, the breakfast club, the full-day provision and the tea club. As we are not subsidised in any way it is essential that these services generate enough income to cover our running costs such as staffing overheads and rent. At the moment the afternoon session is very quiet and in order to continue this service we must have at least five children attending the ‘Cylch’ session and a minimum of three children attending the tea club. We hope that this decision will not cause difficulties for you as parents, but if you would like to discuss further you are very welcome to contact us directly.

CLOTHING:

No matter what the weather we go outdoors to play on a daily basis. As the weather has turned very cold (and continues to be wet, of course!), please could you ensure that your children have appropriate clothing. Thank you.

ILLNESS:

We are eager to ensure the wellbeing of the children and the staff during the winter months. If your child is feeling a little unwell whilst at Cylch, we are happy to administer medicine such as Calpol, however, if your child has a contagious illness such as a stomach bug or Chicken Pox, they must be kept at home until fully recovered. If yo ur child misses a session due to illness, we will whenever possible offer an alternative session. Thank you for your co-operation.
